Mindfulness techniques to reduce stress & anxiety.


In this class, we will discuss and practice mindfulness and practical techniques to reduce stress and anxiety.  Through mindfulness practice, an individual is able to increase their capacity to manage stress/anxiety, build resilience, and decrease the negative effects that stress/anxiety creates in the mind and body.

This is the ideal time of the year to take advantage of this class and the techniques you will learn.

A PDF file of class information and a list of various techniques are included.  A recording of the class will be available for 30 days.
